He was predeceased by: his sisters, Judith Chatham Burford and Teresa Chatham Evans. He is survived by: his parents, Hazel W. Williams and Allen Williams of Jonesboro; his stepbrother Allen Williams Jr. (Debrah) of Abilene, TX; his nephews, Jacob Evans of Orange City, FL and Alex Evans (Keisha) of Prospect, ME; and his niece Olivia Evans of Jonesboro.
