It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shannon Orba Eiland (Hernando, Mississippi), born in Lockney, Texas, who passed away on May 24, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Morrow Wright and Orba Eiland; his daughter Amy Eiland; and his sisters, Patricia Freeman and Doris Eiland.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Eiland; his daughters, Darla Perkins (Jackson) and Melissa Ramirez; his grandson Zachary Corley; and his sisters, Veda Smith, Jo Eiland and Jackie Eiland. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
