He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Daniel and Mary Johnson Daniel; his wife Janice Daniel; his children, Brad Daniel of Franklin, TN and Leigh Ann Owen of Hernando, MS.; and his siblings, Mary Broza of Dallas, TX., Noel Daniel, Bill Daniel and Clyde Daniel. He was also cherished by three Grandchildren.
