He is survived by: his wife Lisa Lockett of Horn Lake; his children, Robin Lockett of Jonesboro, Rebecca Lockett Sutton (Ray) of Memphis, Lacey Wagner Hart (Jeremy) of Batesville, AR, Lonnie Wagner of Horn Lake and Lyle Wagner of Horn Lake; his mother Betty Jo Lockett Thorn of Paducah, KY; and his sisters, Barbara Catherine Ledington of Paducah, KY and Dixie Lee Bennett of Paducah, KY. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
