He is survived by: his wife Shelia Horn of Jonesboro, AR; and his children, Richard, Jr. of Cotapaxi, CO, Jacob Cortland of Walls, MS, Cheryl Ann Simco of Hernando, MS, Deborah Lynn Brewer of Bolivar, TN and Dawn Doreen James of Lake Cormorant, MS. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
