She was predeceased by: her husband Burl Mayfield; and her granddaughter Courtney Holley. She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Holley and Sharon McKee; her son-in-law Doug McKee; her grandchildren, Jeremy Holley, Daniel McKee (Laura) and Whitney McKee; and her great grandchildren, Madelyn Holley, Colbie Holley, Ryan Holley, Bennett McKee and Bryce McKee.
