She was predeceased by: her husband William Hoyt Forsythe; her parents, Sam Ramsey and Alma Ramsey; her siblings, Martha Qualls, Gene Ramsey, Wallace Ramsey and Billy Ramsey; and her niece Christy Ramsey.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Walker (Tony) of Cordova, TN, David Forsythe (Tracy) of Gadsden, AL, Debbie McGee (Larry) of Pell City, AL and Jeannifer Brankstone (Robert) of Hernando, MD; her grandchildren, Whitney Cook, Lauren Good, Mitch McGee, Stephanie Ajlouny, Ben Brankstone, Mac Brankstone and Bo Brankstone; and her great grandchildren, Jaxon Chergotakos, Caysen Ajlouny, Beau Good and Aislee Ajlouny.
