It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loyd Wayne Rodgers of Hernando, Mississippi, who passed away on September 26, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine Rodgers; and his pet Jerry. He is survived by: his siblings, Elbert Rodgers, Jr., Kennith Rodgers, Jerry Rodgers and Barbara Purdon; his daughters, Brenda Tutor (Gregg) and Sandra Powell (Randy); his grandchildren, Ethan Powell, Jacob Powell, Austin Powell, Lucas Powell, Austin D Powell, Nik Tutor, Justin Tutor and Will Tutor; his sister Sheila Pollan (Tom) of Longtown, MS; and his close friends, Thomas and Pam Carr. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
