He was predeceased by: his parents, William O. Johnson and Mary K. Whittington Johnson; and his sister Donna Sharon "Sherry" McGinnis (John). He is survived by: his brother William Johnson (Geneva); his caregiver Sue Whittington Hunt (Ronnie); his cousins, Rommie Depriest, Dawn Anderson, Steve Walls, Bobby Whittington, Gary Johnson, Rose Harris and Vernon Whittington; and his friends, Rose and Charlie Early.
