He was predeceased by: his grandmother Connie Farrow. He is survived by: his parents, April Holden and Danny Holden (Heather); his siblings, Brittany Holden, Madison White, Auston Johnson and Caden Holden; his aunt Wanda Lambert (Bobby); his uncles, Brian Farrow (Nancy) and Lyn Farrow (Tammy); and his grandparents, James, Sandra Holden (Nana) and Red Farrow.

In lieu of flowers, send donation to Lebonheur Childrens Hospital in the honor of Cody Lane Holden.
