He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Luckey, Sr. and Maxine Luckey. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Luckey; his children, Tina Miller (Chad), Tabitha Snowdy, Jay Luckey (Keisha) and Nikki Anderson (Thomas); and his brother Wesley Luckey Jr. (Gwen). He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested to please either make a donation to Dysautonomia International, Palmer Home for Children, or plant a tree in Johnny Luckey's name.
