He is survived by: his children, Rex Johnston (Stacey) of Texas and Tami Webb of Hernando; and his siblings, Nancy Anderson of Louisiana, Ronnie Smith of Michigan and Glynn Smith of Florida. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; five great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
