She is survived by: her children, Dr. William K. Webb (Denise) of Knoxville and Linda Noell (Bill) of Hernando; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Herring (Darin) of Olive Branch, Ben Webb (Madison) of Austin, Dan Webb (Suad) of Austin and Katie Leung (Charles) of Sacramento. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
