He is survived by: his wife Ruth Jernigan Foster; his sons, Paul Lawrence Foster (Nathan) of Hernando, MS and Kenneth Wayne Foster of Plattsmouth, NE; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Jo Foster-Warren of Sardis, MS and Mable Durham Foster of Hernando, MS..
