He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dr. H. M. Wadsworth and Ruth Wadsworth; his wife Myrtis; his sons, Paul Allen Wadsworth (Debbie), Russell Scherf Wadsworth (Jeana) and Dr. William Wadsworth (Amy); and his sisters, Dee Dee Bailey and Betty Peek.
