He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Edward and Ruth Flack Watts of Virginia; and his son-in-law Robert Tyler. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Carothers Watts; his daughters, Diane Chaney (Steve) of Biloxi, MS, Debra Tyler of Biloxi, MS and Ruth Anne Gammell of Southaven, MS; and his grandchildren, Kimberly Chaney, Allen Chaney, Brian Chaney, Robyn Pounds, Traci Gammell, Kellye Shearon and Jenny Baker. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and precious friends.
In lieu of flowers one may make a donation to the charity of one's choice or to Hernando United Methodist Church in Hernando, Mississippi.
