He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lena Rivers Stout and John W Cooper; his wife Betty June Bellew Cooper of Hernando; and his daughters, Cathy Jean Cooper Tracy of Hernando, MS and Patricia June Cooper Dorosh (Richard) of Katy, TX.
