It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emily Gray of Hernando, Mississippi, born in Pascagoula, Mississippi, who passed away on November 17, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her niece Lydia Boggan; and her father-in-law Wayne Gray. She is survived by: her parents, Gloria Ford Grenn and Opie Carl Grenn, Jr.; her husband Richard Wayne Gray, Jr. (Buddy); her children, Spencer Richard Gray (Kelsey) and Mary Elizabeth (Eli Braggs); her sister Elizabeth Grenn Franklin (Mark); her mother-in-law Marolyn Gray; her siblings-in-law, Carol Gray Boggan (Joe), Christi Gray Price (Richard), Scott Gray (Ashley) and Britt Gray (Leah); and her pets, Nelli and Hazel.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to John-boy's Place, a retreat location dedicated to creating a safe and accessible space for patients with progressive paralyzing conditions such as ALS, allowing them to vacation with family and friends for the sole purpose of making memories.
