She was predeceased by: her parents, John Shackleford and Zelma Shackleford; her husband Morris Douglas; her granddaughter Courtney West; and her siblings-in-law, Howard Jamison and Louise Shackleford.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Allen (Robert) and Anthony Douglas (Ashley); her grandchildren, James Allen (Brie), Kendal Douglas and Lyric Williams; her great grandchildren, Carter, Kaiden and Charli Allen; her siblings, Donnie Jamison, John Jr. Shackleford (Norma), Bays Shackleford and Marsha Harris (Donnie); and also Church (family: Walmart).
