He was predeceased by: his parents, Nolan Johnson and Almer Johnson; his cousin Moise Holder Bean; and his sister Jimmie Dale Arnold Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Pevey Johnson; his sons, Mike (Janet) and Mitch (Traci); his grandchildren, Chip Johnson (Amanda), Jade Hutchens (Josh), Amber Heard (Kyle), Brian Johnson (Jessica), Sadie Johnson and Elijah Hill; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Kylee, Kellan, Kynslee, Brody, Greyson, Hydee and Lucy.
