He is survived by: his parents, Richard Franklin Davis of St and Marjorie Earl; his child David; his wife Ashley Davis; his son Hunter Davis; his nieces and nephews, Grace Pickett, Savannah Scarboro, Ava Earl and Aaron Earl; and also, Thomas R. Earl of Hernando and Basset Hound.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the ASPCA.
