He was predeceased by: his father John Azar. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Coleman Azar of Hernando; his children, Thomas Azar (Amanda) of Aspen, CO., Lindsey Ainsworth (Justin) of Hernando and Kristen Azar of Hernando; his mother Betty Mascagni Azar (late John Michael Azar) of Mobile, AL; his siblings, Kenny Azar (Donna) of Red Banks, MS, Phil Azar (Kelly) of Fairhope, AL, Debbie Reifers (Key) of Leland, MS and Lisa Smith (Chad) of Mobile, AL; and his grandsons, Collin and Cason Ainsworth of Hernando. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
