She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rollins and Lydia Rollins; her husband Charles Mitchell; and her siblings, Calvin Rollins, Cora Lee Woods, Lois Billing, Pearl Burlison, Bertha Rice and Flora Webster.

She is survived by: her children, Nancy Hoskins and Chandra Dawkins (Glen); her stepson Herman Mitchell (Debbie); her grandchildren, Leigh Ann Clark and Brent Dawkins; and her great grandchildren, Nathan Clark, Madison Clark and Kayden Clark.
