He is survived by: his wife Barbara Walker of Memphis; and his children, Madelyn Debow (James) of Palm Springs, CA, Charvelvia Walker of Rialto, CA, Connie Etheridge (Andre) of Memphis, Kenneth Walker of Tyler, TX, Duke Walker of Riverside, CA and Charles E. Walker, Jr. of Tacoma, WA. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
