With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Black Allen (Hernando, Mississippi), born in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, who passed away on February 3, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Catherine and Ephram P. Black; and her grandchildren, Jamie Lynn Rushing and Tawny Dawn Allen. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Allen (Jessica) of Hernando, MS, Tara Caldwell (Barry) of Olive Branch, MS, Russell "Rusty" Allen (Reecie) of Southaven, MS and Shannan Rushing (Jamie) of Southaven, MS; and her brother Freddie Black of Elizabethtown, KY.. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren.
