She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Bowien; and her parents, Omer Wilson and Myrtle Wilson (Dodd). She is survived by: her siblings, Robert "Carlton" Wilson, Alton J. Wilson, Milton "Buddy" Allen Wilson, Doris Heisey and Imogene Patterson.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Carter Memorial Chapel at Twin Oaks Funeral Home (290 Goodman Rd E, Southaven, MS 38671). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 1:45 PM to 2:00 PM at the Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home (290 Goodman Rd E, Southaven, MS 38671).
