He is survived by: his wife Scarlett Lambert; and his children, Renee Ware of Batesville, MS, JoDarwin "Joe" Lambert of Southaven, MS and Marchael Lambert of Jasper, AR. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.

The family asks that memorial donations be made to the make-a-wish foundation.
