Angelyn Deaton Golmon Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 9, 2022, at the age of 80, Angelyn Deaton Golmon of Hernando, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Truett Golmon; her parents, Johnnie Leo Deaton, Sr. and Lessie Mae Richardson Deaton; and her siblings, Johnnie Leo Deaton, Jr., Gary Lamar Deaton, Jane Usery and Virginia Wilson.

She is survived by: her siblings, Donald Ray "Bo" Deaton and Joan Holder of Jackson; her children, Robert Bryan Golmon (Melissa) of Glen Allen, Virginia, Bradley Truett Golmon (Stacey) of Oxford and Erica Golmon Croft (Josh) of Eads; and her grandchildren, Jordan Golmon (Elizabeth), Lauren Golmon, Graham Golmon, Will Golmon, Madison Croft Scott (Xavier) and Kate Croft. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers she requests contributions be made to either Hernando Baptist Church, Hernando, Mississippi or the International Mission Board, Richmond, Virginia.
