She is survived by: her children, Destiny Adkins, Alex Oaks (Christina), Zachary Adkins (Elizabeth) and Austin Adkins; her mother Ruth Carlette Starkey; her siblings, Peggy Tello, Tracey Starkey (Jeff), Timothy Starkey and Donnie Cobb, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Ezekiel Oaks, Jaxon Adkins and Serenity Oaks.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, August 26th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pate-Jones Funeral Home (4174 Hwy 51 S, Senatobia, MS 38668). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, August 26th 2024 at the Surretts Cemetery (9852 Arkabutla Rd, Coldwater, MS 38618).
