He is survived by: his wife Linda Weaver; his sons, Benjamin Taylor Weaver (Stephanie) of Huntsville and John Sullivan Weaver (Megan) of Atlanta; his sisters, Sherry Leath and Diane Vaiden; and his grandchildren, Tyler Lynn Weaver, Emily Mae Weaver and William Sullivan Liam Weaver.
