It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheila Kay Huddleston Parrish (Heidelberg, Mississippi), who passed away on June 9, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Allen "Poochie" Parrish; her parents, Burl Huddleston and Lillie Partridge Huddleston of Ovett, MS; her brother-in-law Homer Nichols of Taylorsville, MS; and her stepson Dr. William David Parrish of Gautier, MS..
She is survived by: her sister Wanda Huddleston Nichols of Laurel; her daughter Hailey Parrish of Glendale; her stepdaughters, Tina Parrish Hicks (Greg) of Gautier and Tara Parrish Clark of Laurel; her children-in-law, Jennifer Parrish of Pascagoula, James Bennett of Glendale and Teresa Parrish of Pascagoula; her grandchildren, Mary "Meg" Salisbury, Kiel Green, Brittany Hill (Andrew), Houston Parrish, Anna Katherine Parrish, Thomas Hicks, Amelia Morgan (Andre), Nyla Parrish, Andrew "Bo" Clark and Lydia Parrish; and her great grandchildren, Ahnalee Hill, Liam Hill, Joey Salisbury, Brooklyn Parrish, Autumn Morgan and Chloe Morgan. She is also survived by other family members and many, many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Florence Congregational Methodist Church.
