She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Kelly; her parents, Charles Evans and Marie Evans; and her brothers, Charles, Duane Evans, Melvin "Pat" Evans and Eugene "Gene" Evans.
She is survived by: her daughter Lora Kennedy (Emry); her grandchildren, Nicole Gaines (Chris) and Brandon Blackledge (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Briggs Blackledge, Brooks Blackledge and Breck Gaines; her sisters, Lena McAlpin and Carolyn Dixon; and her friends, Eddie and Cindy Green. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
