She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Marvin Waters Sr. and Annie Newell; her husband William H. Hayes Jr.; her children, Clarence Hayes, William H. Hayes III and Nina Hayes McGhee; and her sister Henerett Cook. She was also cherished by six grandchildren as well as other family and friends.
