We are sad to announce that on March 21, 2022, at the age of 69, William E. Avent of Hazlehurst, Mississippi passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William E. Avent to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parent E. H.; and his brother Vaughn Keith Avent. He is survived by: his wife Reda Avent of Hazlehurst, MS; his children, Rebecca Brand (Mike) of St. Louis, MO, Kelly Wyles of Hattisburg, MS and Jason Wyles of Bedford, TX; and his caregivers, Pat Banks, Angela Edwards and Carolina Richardson. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that you make a memorial contribution in Bill's name to the charity of your choice.
