He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Rhodes and Louise Rhodes; and his siblings, James Rhodes and Elaine Rhodes Morrison. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Rhodes; his daughters, Mandy Rhodes Cain (Ronnie) and Stephanie Rhodes McCollum (Greg); and his brothers, Carroll Rhodes (Wanda), Jerry Rhodes (Karen) and Paul Rhodes (Tamalyn). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
