Theodore Dear Jr. Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Dear, Sr. and Bobbie Ree Burt Dear; his brothers-in-law, Thomas Hardy Burton, Sr. and Billy "Sherrill" Wallace; and his nephew Christopher Michael Dear.

He is survived by: his son Samuel Zachary Dear; his daughter-in-law Jenna Leigh Jones Dear; his daughter Rachel Blaine Dear; his grandchildren, Brayden Zachary Dear and Kayleigh Olivia Dear; his sisters, Robin Janet Burton-Pennington (Joe), Jerri Blaine Dear Wallace, Bobbye Lynn Dear and Jane Marie Dear; his nephew Thomas Hardy Burton, Jr. (Michelle); his niece Lindsay Carol Burton; his great-niece Abigal Burton; and his goddaughter Amanda Hammac Stysly.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (151 Caldwell Dr, Hazlehurst, MS 39083). A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
