He was predeceased by: his wife Leeann O. Russell; his parents, Roy Russell and Bobby Russell; and his brother Bobby Wayne Russell. He is survived by: his children, Roy "Laron" Russell, IV (Mendy) of Wesson and Jennifer Russell Norman (Will) of Wesson; his siblings, Bill Russell (Becky) of Wesson and Rita Russell Jackson (Jimmy) of Hazlehurst; his granddaughters, Leah Grace Norman, Cecilia "Cece" Roberts and Jenna Ellis (Charles); and his great grandchildren, Hunter and Annalay.
