He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Miller and Ruby Miller; his siblings, Cecil Miller, Maurice Miller, Wayne Miller and Nancy Ballard; and his grandson T. J. Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Miller (Gina) and Regina Miller White (David); his siblings, Neal Miller (Jeanette), Ronnie Miller (Marilyn), Gerald Miller (Edna), Linda Emerick (Buddy) and Lisa Miller; and his grandchildren, Andrew Miller, Cruz White and Ben White.
