He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Edward Morgan and Larue Adley Morgan; his great grandchild Casey Lynn Morgan; and his son-in-law Randolph Driscoll. He is survived by: his wife Linda Riley Morgan; his children, Gary Morgan (Margaret), Jimmy Barlow (Julie), Tim Barlow, Sherry Driscoll, Courtney Morgan and Shelby Jenkins; his brother William James Morgan (Joan); his grandson Justin Morgan (Savannah); and his great grandchild Brantley Morgan.
