He is survived by: his granddaughter Emma Jean Smith; and his children, Jerry Smith, Matt Harris (Rachel), Glenda Coghlan (Brian), Ginger Moore and Rachel Case (Tate). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
