It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean A. Freeman of Hazlehurst, Mississippi, born in Booneville, Mississippi, who passed away on January 21, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester H. Abernathy and Ruth Abernathy; her husband Robert W. "Bob" Freeman; her siblings, Euclid (Anderson) and Doris Sumrall; and her nephew Howard Sullivan.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Costilow (Michael), Robert D. "Bobby" Freeman (Rhonda) and Donna Freeman; her sisters, Faye Coke and Ann Coleman (Billy); her grandchildren, Courtney King, Micayla Ard, Derek Freeman and Lexie Freeman; and her great grandchildren, Slayde King, Sylas Ard and Robert Michael Freeman. She is also survived by her family and friends as well as her faith family.
