He is survived by: his wife Florence Ann Funchess; his daughter Pamela Culbertson; his stepson Thomas Funchess; his grandsons, Justin Culbertson and Jerrod Culbertson (Melanie); and his great grandchildren, Kix, Mallie, Annaleigh and Joseph.
