He was predeceased by: his parent Myrtis Harper. He is survived by: his wife Cathye Crutcher Harper; his daughters, Aimee Bell (Bert) of Byram and Allison Foil (Kyle) of Byram; his grandchildren, Annellise and Jay Bell; and his daughters, Payton and Price Foil.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations to the Mississippi Blood Services https://msblood.com in Jackson, MS in honor of those facing Leukemia or any other blood disorders.
