It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel Ree Jackson (Hazlehurst, Mississippi), who passed away on January 10, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Gray and Phanada Gray; her husband Robert Jackson, Sr.; her siblings, Aurneice, Annie Lee, Christine, Frances, Joseph and Archie; and her granddaughter Destiny Amber.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Jackson, Jr. (Dorlitha) of Horn Lake, MS, Walter Jackson of Hazelhurst, MS, Pauline Rankin-Beasley (Willie) of Pattison, MS and Bobbie Jackson-Ivory (Wilbert) of Crystal Springs, MS; her siblings, P. J. Gray (Willie B.) of Chicago, IL, K. C. Gray of Wiggins, MS and Velma Gray of Chicago, IL; and her sister-in-law Vergie Gray of Wiggins. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 32 great-grand children, 2 great-great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
