We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2024, at the age of 68, Charlotte McManus Allen of Hazlehurst, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Troy Lee McManus, Sr. and Mona Carmen Nunnery Birdsong; her grandparents, Loydd, Lucy Lee Nunnery, R. J. and Ruby McManus; and her brother John Cooper "Johnny" McManus.
She is survived by: her children, John Cooper Allen (Bethany) and Wendy Beach (Richie); her brothers, Kendall McManus (Andrea) and Troy Lee "Buddy" McManus II (Cindy); her grandchildren, Mona Kay Allen, Skye Jennings (Eli), Makenzie Heard, Bronson Beach, Zachary OBrian Beach and Sawyer Beach Wood (Kyle); her great grandchildren, Michael Douglas Wood and Amelia Layne Wood; and her close friend Chester Kelvin Clay. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shady Grove Baptist Church, 1090 Shady Grove Road, Hazlehurst MS 39083.
