He is survived by: his children, Paul Plunkett (Cynthia), Carlton Plunkett (Sandra) and Becky Swilley; and his brothers, Henry Plunkett, Douglas Plunkett and Robert Earl Plunkett. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.
