He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Edwards and Betty Edwards; his daughters, Joanna Edwards (Jodi) and Glenda Hudson; and his brother Jimmy Edwards.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Ann Carlisle Edwards; his children, Amy Dickerson (Tommy), Judy Price (Ray) and Tom Hudson; his siblings, Michael Edwards (Judy), Ricky Edwards, Marie Burgess (Tom), Edna Stevens (Ricky) and Lisa Chandler (Ernest); and his grandchildren, Codey Ott, Zach Ott, Kaylyn Phipps, Andrew Runnels, Anna Crawford, Anthony Davis, Abbie Edwards, Cammie Terrebonne, Kennie Terrebonne and Brittney Hudson. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stringer Family Funeral Home - Hazlehurst Po (28023 MS-28, Hazlehurst, MS 39083). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
