He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Watt and Cecile Cade Watt; his son Randell Watt, Jr.; and his sister Bobbye Kimbrell. He is survived by: his wife Melva Watt; his children, Sheila Watt (Belinda) and Rodney Watt (Rhonda); his granddaughter Randi Williams (Brett); and his siblings, Mary Brown, Cecile McNaughten and Tim Lewis (Debby). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
