He was predeceased by: his son Neal Newby; and his parents, Anna Mae and William Andrew Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Charlee Marshall of Picayune, Mississippi.; his children, William Marshall, Jay Marshall of Huntsville, Michael Marshall of Picayune, Matthew Marshall of Carriere, Mississippi, Victoria Erwin of Huntsville, Kathleen Lea and Kimberley Pecou of Crystal Springs, Mississippi; and his sister Judith Sheppard of Norwood. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
