Polk, II (Nancy) of Greenville, TX, Sheila Gillum (James) of Hattiesburg, MS and Mitzi Traynham (Eddie) of Panama City, FL; his siblings, Dorothy Toler of Crosby, TX, Betty Walters of Hattiesburg, MS, Roger Polk of Yazoo City, MS, Kelly Polk of Franklin, NC and Jimmy Beard of Ridgeland, MS; and his grandchildren, Rachel Austin, Matthew Gillum, Rachel Gillum, Donnie Gillum, Kaitlin Bruhl, Eric Polk, Jennifer Polk, Tyler Polk, Amanda Lewis, J. T. Gillum, Nikolas Gillum, Brandi Holden and Kari Spaniel.
